Disabled people are protected especially under the law as they can be particularly vulnerable to being discriminated against, abused or mistreated. These laws give them extra security at home, at work and when travelling through public spaces. Some disabled people are not aware of how much protection they have, so I thought it might be useful to start a blog to help inform people. This blog has some case studies on how disabled people have used the law to improve their access to mainstream resources as well as advice from legal experts on how to use the law to protect the disabled.
